“Hannah Baldwin won the title of Miss Gastonia’s Outstanding Teen 2010. Hannah is a Bessemer City resident and at the September 14th, 2009 meeting Mayor Bob Hovis presented Hannah and her family with a congratulatory award on behalf of the Bessemer City Council and the citizens of Bessemer City.”
